Elizabeth joined the RLS team as the Assistant Principal in January 2016 after being both a Principal and Assistant Principal for KIPP in Oakland. She has more than a decade of teaching and educational leadership experience in TX, NY, and CA. Since joining RLS, her coaching of the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade teams and the special education program has led her teachers to achieve significant growth. Elizabeth graduated from Kenyon College with a B.A. in English with a concentration in African, African-American Studies, and earned a Master’s in Education Administration and Supervision from National Louis University.
